- Extensively renovated space by removing all the flooring all the kitchen
- Also removing all the drop ceilings, raised them all6 inches
- Opened up the wall between kitchen and living room to create open concept living space
- Recessed LED lighting all on dimmable switches
- Put it all new baseboard high efficiency heaters with digital programmable thermostats
- New sold wood shaker cabinetry in kitchen and both bathrooms
- Existing layout of the kitchen was completely changed and reconfigured to expand the kitchen space and functional countertop space
