A custom 1,800 sq.ft. float home constructed from the ocean-up. Built over the summer, this building features vaulted ceilings, custom millwork, low-E glass, radiant heating & septic services. To be safe we rain-screened the building for maximum longevity against any weather the west coast shores serve up.
