Client approached us for a fresh, clean, and contemporary looking guest bathroom on the main floor of the home; along with a more functional use of the space.
This unit needed new life breathed into it, so we stripped the entire unit, removed a wall, and created a modern open-concept space with all new appliances and millwork. This 1960s unit is new again, and all for a much more reasonable price point than purchasing a brand new unit.
We were asked by the client to open up the entire living space and kitchen, while bringing a modern appeal to this one bedroom unit. We took some walls out, and added stainless appliances as well as high-gloss white cabinetry and martini olive Silia stone countertops for a personal touch.
This client was not getting maximum enjoyment out of their bathroom. Their ceilings were too low, the room was dimly lit, the counters were cluttered and they were hardly using the bath tub. We consulted and designed a whole new bathroom concept for them.
This client reached out to us looking for an additional bathroom to be installed in their bonus unit, above the garage. The original room featured a small closet space but no bathroom whatsoever. We created a custom bathroom for them to match the rest of this classic Whistler home.
This client was looking to bring their own personality into the space. It was more cost effective for the client to purchase an older unit in a desirable area and renovate it, than to purchase a new development. We were able to transform this space into a brand-new unit with a few major updates.
