This late 80s 2 bedroom 1 bath condo was completely gutted and brought up to code and transformed into a rustic modern space. Unique features include a reclaimed timber fireplace mantle and heated tile shower floor with touch screen control and starfire shower glass door.
This former Vancouver special was transformed into the modern home it is today with building techniques used by Northern Alpine Contracting to make this home green, efficient and look great without sacrificing quality while saving the owners significant costs.
Complete kitchen renovation, with focus on increasing storage space, and enlarging the kitchen space overall. The goal was to create a home-style kitchen in a 1,200 sq.ft. condo.
Client approached us for a fresh, clean, and contemporary looking guest bathroom on the main floor of the home; along with a more functional use of the space.
Top to bottom condo renovation with high-end finishings, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and more.
This unit needed new life breathed into it, so we stripped the entire unit, removed a wall, and created a modern open-concept space with all new appliances and millwork. This 1960s unit is new again, and all for a much more reasonable price point than purchasing a brand new unit.
This client was looking to bring their own personality into the space. It was more cost effective for the client to purchase an older unit in a desirable area and renovate it, than to purchase a new development. We were able to transform this space into a brand-new unit with a few major updates.
We were asked by the client to open up the entire living space and kitchen, while bringing a modern appeal to this one bedroom unit. We took some walls out, and added stainless appliances as well as high-gloss white cabinetry and martini olive Silia stone countertops for a personal touch.
